使用 Questline 的规则和指南

1. 接受条款

下载、安装或使用 Questline 应用程序,即表示您同意受这些服务条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款,请不要使用该应用程序。未成年人使用该应用程序必须获得父母或监护人的同意。

2. Questline Plus (订阅)

  • 计费:订阅会自动续订。付款通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 处理。
  • 免费试用:购买订阅后,任何未使用的免费试用期都将作废。
  • 取消:您可以随时通过设备的商店设置取消。访问将持续到当前计费周期结束。
  • 退款:所有退款请求必须提交给相应的应用商店(Apple 或 Google)。Questline 无法直接办理退款。

3. 广告与内容

  • 广告支持层:免费用户确认该应用包含第三方投放的广告。
  • 无广告层:Questline Plus 用户在应用内不会看到第三方广告。
  • 第三方内容:Questline 对从外部供应商(如 IGDB、RAWG 或 Steam)获取的游戏数据的准确性不承担责任。

4. 用户账户与数据

  • 账户责任:用户负责维护其账户的安全性及其账户下的任何活动。
  • 云同步:云同步是一项便捷功能。如果用户选择保持离线状态,建议他们保留本地备份。
  • 终止:我们保留对违反这些条款(包括试图规避订阅系统)的账户进行暂停或终止的权利。

5. 知识产权

Questline 的用户界面、徽标和原始代码均归 Chiguiritos Labs 所有。游戏封面、标题和元数据属于其各自的版权所有者。

6. 免责声明

该应用程序“按原样”提供,没有任何形式的保证。服务功能(如 Steam 同步)可能取决于第三方 API,如果这些 API 发生更改,可能会受到更改或中断的影响。

7. AI Companion & Credits System

Credit System Overview

Credits are digital tokens that allow users to send prompts to the AI gaming companion and receive responses.

Each prompt sent to the AI companion costs exactly 1 credit, regardless of prompt length, attachments (images/voice), or response complexity.

Once a message is sent and the credit is consumed, it cannot be refunded or recovered.

Credit Types

The system tracks two separate credit pools:

Monthly Credits

  • Renewal: Renew monthly with your Questline Plus subscription
  • Allocation: Plus tier users receive 100 credits per month (1,200 credits annually for yearly subscribers)
  • Expiration: Unused monthly credits are NOT carried forward to the next billing cycle. All remaining monthly credits expire and are lost at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Usage Priority: Monthly credits are consumed before bonus credits

Bonus Credits

  • Source: Purchased via in-app purchase (IAP), special promotions, or customer support rewards
  • Non-Expiration: Bonus credits do NOT expire and persist across months
  • Consumption: Consumed after monthly credits are depleted
  • Transferability: Non-transferable and tied solely to the purchasing account

Credit Display & Transparency

  • The app displays the user's current credit balance in the AI companion interface (e.g., '50 credits remaining')
  • The app displays separate breakdowns of monthly and bonus credits where applicable
  • Users receive warnings when credits are low (e.g., 'Last credit this month' or 'Last 5 credits available')

Credit Acquisition & Monetization

  • Purchase Method: Available for in-app purchase through the device platform store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.)
  • Pricing: Listed in-app; subject to regional taxes and fees
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed by the platform operator (Apple, Google) per their billing terms; Questline acts as a merchant of record
  • Promotional Credits: Questline may award bonus credits during promotions, seasonal events, or as rewards for user engagement. Promotional offers may be modified or cancelled at any time.

Credit Expiration & Non-Carryover Policy

Monthly credits expire at 11:59 PM UTC on the last day of each calendar month. Unused monthly credits are not carried forward to the next billing cycle and are permanently forfeited. It is the user's responsibility to use their monthly credits within the billing period.

Bonus credits (purchased or promotional) do not automatically expire. Bonus credits remain in the user's account across billing months. Bonus credits are consumed only when the user sends messages to the AI companion. Questline reserves the right to expire unused bonus credits after 24 months of account inactivity.

Upon account deletion or termination, all remaining credits (monthly and bonus) are immediately forfeited with no refund. Users are notified of this policy before initiating account deletion.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Credit purchases are digital goods with immediate delivery and use, non-returnable under consumer protection laws in most jurisdictions, and subject to the terms of the platform operator (Apple/Google) for refund eligibility within their respective grace periods.

Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy:

  • Accidental Purchase: Double-charge within 24 hours due to user error or system fault
  • Platform Policy: Apple/Google refund eligibility periods (typically 14 days)
  • Legal Requirements: Mandated by applicable consumer protection laws (varies by jurisdiction)
  • Service Failure: Credits consumed but the message failed to send due to Questline's technical fault (user is re-credited)

Users who initiate chargebacks for credit purchases may have their account permanently suspended or terminated, flagged in fraud detection systems, and subject to legal action to recover chargeback fees and damages.

Credit Consumption

  • Credits are consumed at the time the user sends a message, not when the response is received.
  • If a message send fails due to user error (e.g., no internet), credits may or may not be consumed (user will be notified).
  • If a message send fails due to Questline's technical fault, the user is automatically re-credited.

AI Response Guarantee

  • Credits do not guarantee a specific quality or length of AI response.
  • Questline is not liable for incomplete, inaccurate, or unsatisfactory AI responses.
  • Users may be unable to use credits in certain scenarios: service downtime or maintenance, geographic restrictions or compliance requirements, or violation of AI usage policies or app terms.

Rate Limiting & Abuse Prevention

  • Questline reserves the right to limit credit usage to prevent abuse (e.g., max messages per hour).
  • Excessive or abusive usage may result in: temporary suspension of AI companion access, permanent account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, or legal action if applicable.

Changes & Modifications

Questline reserves the right to: change credit pricing at any time, adjust credit consumption rates (e.g., future features may cost more credits), discontinue the AI companion feature or credits system, or introduce new credit tiers or purchase options.

Significant changes affecting existing users will be communicated in-app or via email. Changes take effect 30 days after notification. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Liability & Disclaimers

Questline does not guarantee continuous availability of the AI companion or credits system. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. Lost credits due to service downtime may be re-credited at Questline's discretion, but are not guaranteed.

Questline is not liable for: lost or forgotten credits, unauthorized account access that consumes credits (users should secure their accounts), third-party platform issues (Apple/Google payment systems), incorrect AI responses or advice given by the companion, or users' reliance on AI companion information in gameplay decisions.

The AI companion is a supplementary feature and not a substitute for official game documentation or support. Responses from the AI companion may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or spoilers. Users assume all risk of using the AI companion.
